One of my favorite things ever is getting a peek into the behind the scenes that goes into another creative ladies’ business. I love seeing the process, the workflow and what it takes to get from idea to final product.
I know I’m not the only nosey one, so today I thought I would turn the tables and let you into my business. A few weeks ago I did a video all about my Full 3 Week Branding Process and everyone seemed to love that. So today I’m breaking it down even more and showing you some BTS on the logo design aspect.
I just wrapped up a branding project for a super cool YouTube mama named Tara. She’s been killing it in the past year creating modern content on her channel focused on motherhood, beauty and lifestyle content. We decided it was time to rebrand and give her a fresh, holistic visual identity that reflected her content and helps her to continue attracting viewers in her niche. I love how everything came out and we’ll both be sharing more in November as it launches on her channel.
For now, here’s a video of the beginning process of the brand design: creating her logo. I shared my thoughts and workflow for creating the logo from scratch and you can even see me working in Photoshop and Illustrator in the video. Watch below to see it all!
PS — This video originally posted on my YouTube channel. Make sure to head over there and subscribe to see all of my videos (including some I don’t post on the blog) right when they’re live!
So that’s my process! I hope you found it fun to get a peek into my work and how I start with an idea and brand strategy and turn that into the actual visual elements for clients.
I love collaborating with creative business owners to design a holistic brand that will attract their ideal clients and grow with their business over time. I’m currently booking new projects, so if that sounds like something you want to do for your business, please get in touch!
