If you’ve been following me recently, you know that I’ve designed and launched quite a few brands in the past months. Sol y Mar Interiors, Jenn Orr and Moondust & Me to name some of them. I’ve been feeling really lucky to work with these amazing creatives and give their ideas a visual identity that will grow with them over time.
My branding process has changed a lot over the past year and a half as Reux Design Co. has grown. As I’ve discovered my own personal style, I’ve also found different ways of creating a holistic, enjoyable experience for clients.
It definitely wasn’t always this way. And I’m sure my design process will continue to change as I continue growing. But for now I wanted to share with you exactly what happens as I design a full visual identity for a company, all within 3 weeks.
I decided this was a great time to share my process as I’m finishing up a few clients and looking to start new projects. If you’ve been on the fence about rebranding your business or working with a graphic designer, I hope this video gives you more insight into the process! It can sometimes be overwhelming to know what to expect if you’ve never worked with a professional designer in this capacity before. Here you can get an exact look into what happens during those 3 weeks when I’m designing for a client.
So that’s my process! As I mentioned in the video, I think 3 weeks is the perfect amount of time to design a holistic brand, at least for me. I love being able to give a ton of 1-on-1 attention to each client during this time and really focus in on one (or a few) projects at a time.
